Using Gatling simulation log
Gatling’s simulation log is a text file. It contains detailed timing of each request.

Preparing the simulation log
Gatling creates simulation log automatically during a performance run in the reports
folder.
Opening the simulation log
The simulation log is a text file.
As it contains the detailed timing of each request, it is large.
It might be too large for a standard file editor, therefore, use a file viewer like for example less
.
To open the simulation log:

Go to the
reports
folder and open the filesimulation.log
in a file viewer.
